Job summary

JX Enterprises invites you to join our Clare, MI warehouse team as a Warehouse Coordinator. You will help keep the Parts Department running smoothly, handling inbound freight, stock management, and order distribution in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and a strong commitment to customer service, with opportunities to grow within our family-owned company over 50 years of history across 30+ locations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Six months of warehouse related experience preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Desire to grow within an organization.
  • High comfort level with computers and navigating a variety of systems.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Forklift Certification or the willingness to obtain certification.
  • Mindset: A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, check-in, count, verify and organize all incoming freight for the branch in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Distribute inter-branch orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Package and ship core returns as needed, demonstrating responsibility and environmental consciousness.
  • Oversee, record, and investigate cycle count operations and variances and maintain an accurate record of inventory shipped and received to ensure efficient resource management.
  • Stock parts shelves in the correct fashion, ensuring parts are sorted in bins, well-marked, and neat.
  • Work with Parts Delivery Drivers to stage deliveries and deliver parts to customers as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and partnering business units.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
  • Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business
