Job summary

Amerita is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Charlotte, NC to support packing, stocking, and distribution of equipment and supplies for patient care. The role includes coordinating orders with pharmacists, handling deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a valid driver’s license if driving is needed, and the ability to learn product codes and warehouse policies. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management preferred.
• Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by State Board of Pharmacy.
• Valid driver's license if driving is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to learn company product codes and terminology.
• Understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills and inventory judgment.

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies for distribution.
• Fills orders by preparing supplies for patients.
• Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, PO forms and packaging slips are accurate.
• Coordinates home medical equipment orders with pharmacist assistance.
• Coordinates patient deliveries.
• Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Maintains product lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.
• Monitors inventory levels of drugs and pumps.
• Maintains a clean and orderly production space.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Overview

The warehouse coordinator will participate in the packing and preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to Amerita's patients. Additionally, the warehouse coordinator will assist with loading, unloading, stocking and inventory of supplies in the warehouse; cleaning and acting as a backup driver when needed.

Shift Hours: Monday -Friday: 8a-5p

• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory

**To perform this role will require constant sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasional kneeling and crouching. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 10-30 lbs**
