Job summary

Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Delivery team. You will package and prepare equipment and supplies for distribution to patients, assist with loading/unloading, stocking, and maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces.

You will coordinate home medical equipment orders with pharmacists, ensure accuracy of delivery tickets and forms, and support inventory control including lot numbers and expiration dates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required by branch needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company product codes quickly.
• Knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures is important.
• Ability to make sound inventory judgments.

Responsibilities

• Package and prepare equipment and supplies for distribution.
• Fill orders by preparing supplies for patient distribution.
• Ensure delivery tickets and purchase orders are completed accurately.
• Coordinate home medical equipment orders with pharmacists.
• Coordinate patient deliveries.
• Stock, store, and rotate warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Maintain product lot numbers, expiration dates, and batch records.
• Monitor drug supply and pump inventory and levels.
• Keep production space clean and orderly.
• Perform other related duties as directed.

Overview

The warehouse coordinator will participate in the packing and preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to Amerita’s patients. Additionally, the warehouse coordinator will assist with loading, unloading, stocking and inventory of supplies in the warehouse; cleaning and acting as a backup driver when needed.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred
• Preferred experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management
• Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by individual State Board of Pharmacy
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards, if driving is required per branch needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory

**To perform this role will require constant sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasional kneeling and crouching. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 10-30 lbs**
