Amerita, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Delivery team. You will pack and prepare equipment for distribution to patients and assist with loading, unloading, and stocking in the warehouse.

You will also help maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate orders with pharmacists, and support daily dispatch tasks. This role emphasizes reliability, organization, and timely handling of medical supplies.

• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments related to inventory.

Responsabilités

• Pack and prepare equipment and supplies for distribution.
• Fill orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients.
• Ensure delivery tickets, requisitions, PO forms, and packing slips are accurate.
• Coordinate home medical equipment orders with pharmacist assistance.
• Coordinate patient deliveries.
• Stock, store and rotate warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Maintain lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.
• Monitor drug supply and pump inventory levels.
• Keep a clean, orderly production space.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Overview

The warehouse coordinator will participate in the packing and preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to Amerita’s patients. Additionally, the warehouse coordinator will assist with loading, unloading, stocking and inventory of supplies in the warehouse; cleaning and acting as a backup driver when needed.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution
• Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred
• Preferred experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management
• Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by individual State Board of Pharmacy
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards, if driving is required per branch needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory

**To perform this role will require constant sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasional kneeling and crouching. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 10-30 lbs**
