Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Delivery team in Houston. The role focuses on packing and preparing equipment and supplies for patient distribution, along with loading, unloading, and stocking in the warehouse.

You will also help with cleaning and as a back-up driver when needed. Responsibilities include coordinating orders with pharmacists, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring accuracy of paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehousing or distribution/inventory management preferred.
• Certified pharmacy technician licenses may be required by state board.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record if driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution.
• Fills orders by preparing supplies for patient distribution.
• Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase orders and packing slips are accurate.
• Coordinates home medical equipment orders with a pharmacist.
• Coordinates patient deliveries and stocks warehouse equipment.
• Rotates inventory and maintains lot numbers, expiration dates, and batch records.
• Monitors drug supply and pump inventory levels.
• Maintains a clean and orderly production space.
• Other related duties as directed.

Overview

The warehouse coordinator will participate in the packing and preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to Amerita’s patients. Additionally, the warehouse coordinator will assist with loading, unloading, stocking and inventory of supplies in the warehouse; cleaning and acting as a backup driver when needed.

Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution
• Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients
• Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred
• Preferred experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management
• Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by individual State Board of Pharmacy
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards, if driving is required per branch needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory

**To perform this role will require constant sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasional kneeling and crouching. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 10-30 lbs**
