We are hiring immediately for a full-time warehouse worker in Operations Coordination as part of our operations team. Shift:

Monday - Friday; 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Transportation:

This location is conveniently accessible via major bus routes. Please verify routes and schedules for shift compatibility.

Responsibilities:

• Support local operations with coordination efforts specific to the location
• Manage documentation, prepare reports, and support team communication
• Identify bottlenecks and work with management to resolve issues
• Coordinate with carriers and managers to align workflow and meet customer commitments
• Act as team lead on small or special projects in the supervisor’s absence
• Manage communication systems to fulfill internal requests
• Oversee daily order processing in our warehouse management system, prioritizing customer requests
• Ensure timely processing of all 'must ship today' orders domestically and internationally
• Assist with picking, packing, and shipping as needed
• Maintain inventory documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of order management experience in a warehouse or production setting
• Professional communication skills in written and verbal forms
• Operational or administrative experience preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse and order management systems
• Ability to adapt quickly, multi-task, and work at a fast pace
• Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Teamwork and attention to detail

Physical Demands:

• Work indoors in a warehouse environment, potentially up to 100 degrees in summer
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical activities such as bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, walking, climbing ladders, and operating heavy machinery
• Prolonged standing and walking during shifts
• Comfort working at a desk for portions of the day
