Job summary

Aire Serv of Tipton is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to keep parts organized, accurate, and ready for technicians. You’ll manage inventories, support field staff, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily warehouse operations.

You will work with ServiceTitan and Flowtrac to track materials, process orders, and maintain clean, secure facilities. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Inventory accuracy is essential; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read packing slips, invoices and service tickets.
• Proficient with inventory software and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, inspect materials, and report damaged goods.
• Use ServiceTitan and Flowtrac to manage inventory, purchase orders, and material assignments.
• Read packing slips, invoices, and service tickets.
• Organize and rotate inventory so everything is easy to find and properly accounted for.
• Stage parts for technicians and track replenished materials.
• Coordinate daily movement of Parts Runners.
• Maintain equipment check-in/check-out logs and ensure tools are returned in good condition.
• Keep the warehouse clean, secure, and well maintained.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, vendors, and management.
• Follow all safety protocols and operate vehicles according to company and motor vehicle laws.
• Serve as an ambassador of Aire Serv’s values through professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.

Your Responsibilities as a Warehouse Coordinator

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
• Strong organization, follow‑through, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and a passion for helping others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Range: $18–$29/hr, depending on your level of experience.
