Job summary

Pine Environmental Services is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in Syracuse, NY. The role focuses on handling rental equipment, stocking, labeling, and reporting inventory levels to support efficient operations.

As a full-time position, you will interact with drivers and the Operations team, perform cycle counts, and participate in Hazmat shipping when needed, while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
• Proactively communicate order status, delays and equipment substitutions.
• Lead investigations for damaged returned equipment and resolve issues.
• Point of contact for drivers returning with equipment.
• Support Operations to confirm orders are complete and ready for delivery or shipment.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory control.
• Assist in locating equipment and shipping logistics, including Hazmat certification.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
