Job summary

Doughboy Restaurant Group is seeking a Warehouse Clerk-Forklift Driver to join our AM shift at our Alsip, IL facility. You will participate in daily warehouse activities, including unloading, counting orders, loading, and maintaining organization, with safety as a priority.

You will operate forklifts or pallet jacks when required, perform routine safety checks, and help ensure accurate inventory and on-time deliveries. This role requires physical endurance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Capable of repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload stock, count orders, and maintain warehouse organization.
• Record and verify incoming deliveries and shipments following company policy.
• Load products on delivery trucks and palletize shipments.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and follow procedures to protect staff and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report defective items from deliveries.
• Operate warehouse management system as needed.

Job Title: Warehouse Clerk-Forklift Driver

Warehouse associate:

As a warehouse clek-forklift driver, you will participate in a daily activity of our warehouse in a safe way, including, but not limited to activities, such as truck, unloading, putting away picking truck, loading stack, counting processing orders, accepting income, shipments, and overseeing the general organization of the warehouse.

Responsibilities and duties:

Participating in warehouse activities, including unloading stock, counting order processing and maintaining warehouse organization.

Ensuring compliance with procedures and conducting regular safety checks on warehouse equipment to always prioritize.

Accurately assemble and load products on delivery trucks in a timely matter.

Work in a warehousing performing order, picking palletizing and loading and unloading delivery truck trucks.

Maintaining an accurate running inventory.

Record reporting and returning defective items from previous deliveries.

Accept verify, inspect and record all incoming deliveries and shipments following company policy.

Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.

Job Specific Requirements:

Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast pace, working environment and utilizing a warehouse management system.

Proficient in various physical activities, such as lifting, bending, carrying pushing and pulling 50 pounds or more.

Preferably have experience with forklifts and or pallet jacks.

Possess or able to obtain relevant license to operate equipment.

Willingness to take on other related duties as assigned.
