Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Associate to fulfill and ship customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, sort inventory, assemble orders, and ensure accurate packing and QA of outbound shipments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with 3–6 months of warehouse experience preferred and forklift certification. Candidates must meet safety standards and be able to handle physical demands in varying conditions.

Job description

Overview

TheWarehouse Associate is responsible for the fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and/or other material handling equipment as part of the distribution process within a fast‑paced warehouse setting.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, equipment type, model, or part number.
• Efficiently move and load product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers.
• Assemble customer orders from stock, stage orders, and/or convey orders to the packing station or shipping department according to center purchase orders.
• Perform proper packing and prep of all outbound orders, including a QA check for equipment readiness and accuracy.
• Follow safety regulations while operating equipment.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Preferred 3 to 6 months experience in a warehouse environment (training provided as necessary).
• Previous shipping/distribution and/or warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to successfully pass and maintain forklift certification.
• Operate power industrial equipment as needed.

Physical Demands

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. This employee will be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and can be exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold, including climates consistent with outside weather conditions.
