Job summary

The Warehouse Associate position at Tilley Distribution supports daily order fulfillment in a fast-paced Newark, New Jersey area warehouse. You will build orders, load them onto delivery trucks, and maintain clean, safe workspaces to ensure timely shipments.

You should be comfortable operating warehouse equipment, collaborating with team members to improve processes, and adhering to safety and quality regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience (preferred).
• Forklift Certified (preferred).
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Loading box trucks and ensuring items are secured for transport
