Typical hours are Monday through Thursday, 10pm to 8:30am. Overtime as required.**Job Description:****Duties:*** Control the functionality of the conveyor systems in the warehouse during production* Make appropriate modifications to ensure the proper sorting of product* Monitor conveyor systems to ensure proper throughput and speeds* Work closely with maintenance team to ensure the sorting system is operating properly* Maintain inventory counts through periodic audits **Qualifications*** Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner* Motivation skills to direct team* H.S. diploma* Prior experience in distribution* Excellent attention to detail* Basic computer skills required* Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook* Knowledge of basic tracking, analyzing, and form creation* Familiarity with Shiraz and/or other sorting systems a plus* Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds on a continuous basis, may require unloading cases from the lines as appropriate* Position requires standing, sitting, squatting, twisting, walking, carrying, and bending on a continuous basis throughout the work shiftJohnson Brothers is an equal opportunity employer.
