Job Description

Duties

• - Control the functionality of the conveyor systems in the warehouse during production
• - Make appropriate modifications to ensure the proper sorting of product
• - Monitor conveyor systems to ensure proper throughput and speeds
• - Work closely with maintenance team to ensure the sorting system is operating properly
• - Maintain inventory counts through periodic audits

Qualifications

• - Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
• - Motivation skills to direct team
• - H.S. diploma
• - Prior experience in distribution
• - Excellent attention to detail
• - Basic computer skills required
• - Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• - Knowledge of basic tracking, analyzing, and form creation
• - Familiarity with Shiraz and/or other sorting systems a plus
• - Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds on a continuous basis, may require unloading cases from the lines as appropriate
• - Position requires standing, sitting, squatting, twisting, walking, carrying, and bending on a continuous basis throughout the work shift
