Qualifications

• Clear communication and motivation to direct a team.

• Shiraz or sorting systems familiarity is advantageous.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Control conveyor systems during production and monitor throughput.
• Make modifications to ensure proper product sorting.
• Monitor conveyor speeds to maintain efficient flow.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep sorting system running.
• Maintain inventory counts through periodic audits.
