Job summary

S. P. Richards Company in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a full-time Stocker/Associate/Fulfillment team member to stock business products accurately, promptly, and safely throughout the warehouse.

Work hours are 5:30AM - 2:00PM with an hourly rate starting at $20.00 and up to $23.88 after 1 year of employment. RF scanning is used daily to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Ability to understand basic instructions and follow procedures
• Experience with warehouse tasks is a plus
• Able to operate RF scanning equipment safely and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise received from vendors onto assigned shelves
• Replenish shelves as needed to maintain stock levels
• Operate RF scanning equipment during picking and packing
• Follow housekeeping and safety policies in the warehouse
• Maintain accurate counts and report discrepancies to supervisor
• Occasionally operate powered equipment following certification
• Monitor stocking locations for space constraints and stock levels
• Demonstrate communication and teamwork in daily tasks

Summary:

To stock business products accurately, promptly, and safely throughout the warehouse.

Location: St. Paul, MN

Standard Work Hours: 5:30AM - 2:00PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Stock merchandise received from the manufacturer onto assigned shelf.
• Replenish shelves as required.
• Operation of RF scanning equipment is required
• Adherence to the Stockroom Housekeeping Policy of facility and specific product line area is required.
• Accuracy in repetitive routine is very important while maintaining good speed.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules including the handling of hazardous materials.
• Occasional use of forklift - certification required.
• Monitor and report to supervisor the minimum and/or maximum space requirements of stocking locations.

Qualifications

Must be functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing product numbers and line codes to insure proper retrieval of product for shipment, including identifying sequence of numbers and letters accurately and rapidly.

Education/Experience:
