Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a warehouse Associate to ensure materials meet quality standards, assist shipping/receiving, and manage stock placement and retrieval. The role requires forklift familiarity, attention to detail, and the ability to work multi-task across shifts.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Benefit programs are available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all incoming/outgoing material meets quality standards per QMS.
• Assist shipping and receiving, unload trucks, and check in merchandise.
• Sort and store items according to predetermined codes (size, type, style, color).
• Fill requisitions and distribute items to shipping or storage areas.
• Maintain accessible and safe warehouse conditions.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing material adheres to quality inspection standards in accordance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Assist shipping & receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders
• Sorting & placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to shipping or to designated holding/storage area.
• Ensuring warehouse is accessible and safe for customer/employee traffic

Education and Experience

• Must have experience in stocking, packaging, and shipping material
• H.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate.

Abilities and Skills

• Must be flexible to work any shift.
• Ability to operate forklifts is preferred.
• Attention to detail is imperative.
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be efficient with a desire to succeed.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Position requires ability to lift fifty (50) pounds.
• Position requires standing for the majority of the work hours.
