Johnstone Supply of Alexandria, VA is in search of a permanent full-time Warehouse Clerk to load and unload products, complete other general warehouse tasks, and periodically step in as a delivery driver as needed.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A WAREHOUSE CLERK

In this vital role, you prepare each vehicle by unloading and loading necessary HVAC / R products. Knowing how to operate a forklift, hand truck, manual pallet jack, and other equipment helps you safely move product around the warehouse. Whether it's assisting our customers with will-call pickups, receiving any UPS or miscellaneous orders, or stepping in as a deliver driver, you enjoy what you do! Oh, and you really like to keep the warehouse clean and ensure that all safety codes are being met. You are always on the move and enjoy staying busy throughout the day!

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and drug test
• Can pass a DOT medical exam
• Some basic computer skills
• Must be physically able to repeatedly lift, carry, move, and set down up to 75 lbs

WORK SCHEDULE

As an HVAC / R Warehouse Clerk, you will work during the day shift, Monday - Friday and have the possibility of overtime during our peak seasons
