Job summary

Holland America Denali Lodge is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in the Food and Beverage department for a seasonal-full-time role. You will track product levels, receive shipments, and ensure inventory is managed with proper date control.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries, storing goods, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining transaction records. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, pass a background check, and meet Alaska-specific certification requirements.

Description

Service Excellence. Performance. Integrity. Teamwork. Consistency. Innovation. Our warehouse clerk plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, keeping track of product levels, receiving shipments, and ensuring inventory is used in accordance with date management practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs a variety of entry-level shipping and receiving tasks.
• Routinely, processes deliveries
• Distributes and stores goods
• Coordinates deliveries.
• Monitors storeroom activities and transactions
• Maintains records of transactions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Working knowledge of warehousing or food storage is preferred.
• Must have a valid alcohol safety card for the State of Alaska.
• Must have a valid Alaska Food Handler's Card or the ability to obtain certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs./23kg.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
• Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
• Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
