Princess Cruises and Holland America Line seeks an Expeditor to bridge kitchen and service teams aboard the Holland America Denali Lodge. The role ensures dishes are prepared accurately, presented well, and delivered swiftly to guests, supporting seamless dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in positions involving customer service or food and beverage service is preferred.
• Alaska Food Handlers card or ability to obtain one is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs/23 kg.
• Pre-employment background check is required.
• Minimum age 18 to reside in company housing where available.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Description

This role is a vital link between our talented kitchen team and our exceptional servers, making sure our guests' orders are accurately prepared and swiftly delivered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a variety of entry-level restaurant tasks.
• Assist in the final preparation of dishes, including adding garnishes and ensuring presentation standards
• Responsible for inspecting dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
• Ensure food orders are served promptly and efficiently to the correct table in the restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction and overall food quality.
• Assist staff with tasks such as prepping dishes or running food to tables.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in positions involving customer service or food and beverage service is preferred for this job.
• Must have or the ability to obtain a valid Alaska Food Handlers card.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs./23kg.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
