Job Title: Warehouse Cleaner/ Groundskeeper

Primary Responsibility:

The Warehouse Cleaner/ Groundskeeper will be responsible for cleaning the warehouse and yard maintenance.

Schedule: Part time, Monday - Friday 8am - 11am

Compensation:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweeping warehouse to maintain clean work area free of debris
• Yard maintenance - mowing/raking grass
• Disposal of broken wood into dumpster

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to work well within a team
• Have a safe work attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, pull/push up to 50 lbs
• Ability to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis
• Ability to use hands and feet simultaneously and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to work in all-weather environment
