Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain with 7+ years in warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing; or Master's in related field with 5+ years
• 7+ years in related industry; MS Office proficiency (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and database programming (SQL, DAX)
• Proficiency in Leader Standard Work, Visual Management, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S; advanced core engineering and data analysis
• Knowledge of CAD tools, slotting methods, and warehouse management systems

Responsibilities

• Collects data, performs analytics, documents processes, and drives continuous improvement plans
• Manage high-impact CI projects across operations; support startups, retrofits, expansions, pricing inputs and go-lives
• Coach employees in lean principles; facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events; lead cross-functional CI projects
• Provide regular progress reports and recommendations for Inventory and Supply Chain strategy
• May supervise CI engineers; participate in hiring and performance management
