Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain and 3+ years in Warehousing/Transportation/ Manufacturing, or Master’s with 1 year experience; MBA requires undergrad in Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
• Knowledge of data visualization (PowerBI/Tableau) and SQL/DAX programming; Lean/TPS tools.
• Understanding of core engineering and data analysis functions: slotting, utilization, labor planning, layouts, metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis.
• Maps and documents processes; identifies gaps and implements improvements.
• Develops and executes continuous improvement plans to drive value.
• Drive CI activities to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and development.
• Manage CI projects and monitor progress toward site objectives.
• Support automation projects and regulatory compliance.
