Job summary

Randstad USA in Maple Grove, MN is seeking high-performing order pickers to meet daily production quotas. You will move products quickly, stack and wrap orders, and log inventory movements using the client’s system, all while maintaining safety.

This on-site night shift offers stable hours, a focus on efficiency, and an opportunity to join a team committed to accurate fulfillment and customer satisfaction. PIT certification required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Responsibilities

• Work quickly and efficiently to select and move high volumes of product based on daily production quotas and client demands.
• Carefully stack, wrap, or consolidate selected orders onto pallets or carts, ensuring the stability and safety of the load prior to staging.
• Accurately track and log all inventory movements using the client's preferred system, ensuring end-of-shift reconciliation is smooth.
• Operate essential manual handling equipment, including hand trucks and pallet riders, safely in congested warehouse lanes.
• Actively communicate with floor supervisors regarding any stockouts, location errors, or issues that could impede order fulfillment throughput.
