Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring a warehouse order picker in Coppell, TX. You will use RF scanners, voice-picking systems, or tablets to locate and retrieve items, validating quantities and sizes with pick tickets. Safely move orders to packing lines using hand carts or pallet jacks, and perform quality checks.

You will work 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM in a fast-paced, technology-driven distribution environment, with a comprehensive benefits package and equal opportunity employer considerations.

Your responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently execute order fulfillment using modern scanning technology (RF scanners, voice-picking systems, or tablets) to locate and retrieve inventory items from designated storage areas.
• Read and follow detailed pick tickets or digital instructions to ensure the correct item, quantity, and size are selected, maintaining order accuracy metrics.
• Safely operate manual material handling equipment, such as hand carts and pallet jacks, to transport pulled orders to the packing or staging lines.
• Perform quality checks on pulled items, identifying damaged or misplaced inventory, and reporting discrepancies to the Inventory Control team.
• Maintain an organized and safe working aisle, adhering strictly to all safety and sanitation procedures within the warehouse environment.
