Randstad USA is hiring for picker/packer roles in Denton, TX. This position involves accurately picking and packing orders, using RF scanners and packing materials, and moving items to staging areas.

You will perform final quality checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace for high-speed fulfillment. The job requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking: Accurately locate and retrieve inventory items from designated storage areas using RF scanners or digital pick tickets, strictly following quantity and SKU specifications.
• Packing: Select appropriate shipping materials (boxes, padding, labels) and efficiently pack items to ensure they are secure, damage-free, and correctly labeled for shipment.
• Operate manual material handling equipment (carts, hand trucks) to move pulled orders from the picking area to the packing or staging lines.
• Perform final quality checks on every order before sealing, ensuring the contents match the order manifest and that documentation is complete.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized picking aisle and packing station to support high-speed operation and inventory integrity.
