Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV at our Lubbock, TX facility. The role involves loading and securing products, with work performed by hand or powered equipment, while maintaining quality control and safety standards throughout the process.

Applicants should be 18+, possess a High School diploma or GED, and be able to read, write, and understand English to perform tasks and safety procedures effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• English reading/writing at a level sufficient for tasks and safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers in a safe manner.
• Duties may be done by hand or with powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable products prior to loading.
• Report concerns about product integrity to a supervisor.
• Communicate special circumstances to the delivery driver via Shipping Loading Report.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free work area.
• Work safely to prevent injury and product/equipment damage.
