You will load and secure products in trailers, using manual methods or powered equipment, and maintain quality control on non-conveyable items. This role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, ability to read/write English, and attention to safety. Expect a structured day shift with start times at 10am or 12pm, and opportunities for advancement within a safety-focused,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English to perform tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers safely.
• Perform duties by hand or with powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable products before loading.
• Report any product integrity concerns to a supervisor.
• Communicate special circumstances to the delivery driver via the Shipping Loading Report.
• Keep work area clean and debris-free.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and product/equipment damage.
• Other duties may be assigned.
