McLane Company, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV in Lakewood, WA. The role supports loading products, securing items for transport, and maintaining strict safety and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will operate manual and powered equipment, perform visual inspections, and communicate with drivers while upholding safety and accuracy. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Read, write, and understand English at a functional level for safety and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers safely.
• Operate by hand or powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable products before loading.
• Report product integrity concerns to a supervisor.
• Communicate special circumstances to the delivery driver.
• Keep work area clean and debris-free.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and damage.
• Other duties as assigned.
