Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV to join our distribution team. The role involves safely loading and securing products, using manual or powered equipment, and maintaining quality control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will work under safety guidelines, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must be at least 18, have basic reading/writing English, and pass background checks as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Must read, write and understand English well to perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers.
• Use hand tools or powered equipment as needed.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable items.
• Flag product integrity concerns to a supervisor.
• Communicate special circumstances to the driver.
• Keep work area clean and debris-free.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and equipment damage.
• Other duties may be assigned.
