Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Removal Check In/Out associate to work on-site in Rock Hill, SC. You will scan customers as they arrive for pickup and scan items as they depart, ensuring smooth queue flow and efficient service. The role supports the Removal Team and reports to the Removal Team Lead.

The position is full-time, hourly, non-exempt, with shifts Monday–Friday and benefits including weekly pay, healthcare eligibility after 60 days, and a 401(k) with employer match after 90 days.

Qualifications

• On-site availability Monday–Friday with specific shift times.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with help.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written directions.

Responsibilities

• Scan each customer’s email or phone code on arrival to place in queue.
• Scan auction items when customers pick up to close the transaction.
• Provide friendly service to ensure customers have a positive experience.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
