Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Removal Check In/Out Clerk in Rock Hill, SC. This on-site, full-time hourly role supports the Removal Team by scanning customers upon arrival and at pickup, while delivering exemplary service to bidders.

Typical shifts run Monday–Friday with 8-hour days, requiring the ability to stand or sit for long periods and to lift items as needed. Training and a team-oriented environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be available on-site Monday through Friday with specified shifts.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team.
• Must follow written directions and company policies.
• Must be tech‑savvy and highly organized.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be customer‑focused.

Responsibilities

• Scan each customer’s email or phone code as they arrive at the warehouse.
• Explain to each customer that this puts them in the queue for checkout.
• Scan each customer’s auction items when picked up.
• Make customers glad they have won an item to encourage bidding.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
