Job summary

MAC.BID in Greenville, SC is seeking a Removal Check In/Out Clerk for full-time, on-site work. You will scan customers and items, manage queues, and ensure smooth pickup experiences for winning bidders.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds with a team, and basic tech skills to use scanning devices. We offer weekly pay, 401(k) with match after 90 days, and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday; 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM & 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM with 8-hour shifts and a 30-minute lunch
• Must follow written directions and company policies; must be tech-savvy
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be customer-focused

Responsibilities

• Scan each customer’s email or phone code using the scan device as they arrive
• Explain to customers that this puts them in the queue for checkout after picking up items
• Scan each customer’s auction items when picked up
• Ensure customers have a positive bidding experience and assist as needed
