Job summary

MAC.BID is hiring a Scan Line Floater in Rock Hill, SC. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role involves preparing and positioning products for the scan team, removing scanned items, and organizing inventory according to auction lot numbers.

The position requires on-site work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a drive to meet quantity and quality goals. Higher attention to safety and process adherence is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using basic devices.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to follow written directions and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound products for obvious defects.
• Categorize items as Like New, Open Box, or Damaged.
• Test electronics at a basic level to assess condition.
• Move products to the conveyor for scanning and to the bays for storage.
• Assist the scan team by preparing and positioning items as required.
