Job summary

Staples World Class Supply Chain Team is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Coppell, TX, with six potential paths: Bulk/Equipment Operator, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping. You may rotate across roles to support our dynamic operation.

Pay is competitive at $23.45/hour including a $1 shift differential; benefits include PTO, discounts, and wellness programs. Schedule: 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday, with emphasis on safety and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime hours may be required.
Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
Ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
Must wear safety composite shoes.
Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Operate material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse.
Perform bulk/material handling duties and assist with inventory.
Assist with receiving/putaway/returns ensuring accuracy and proper communication.
Unload trucks and palletize products, maintaining safety procedures.
Ship and organize customer orders on pallets and load trucks.
