Job summary

Staples World Class Supply Chain team is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support six areas including bulk handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway, returns, and shipping.

You will operate material handling equipment, ensure safety, and adapt to role changes as needed. This position offers competitive hourly pay, OT opportunities, and benefits for both full- and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally allowed.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime availability for Full-Time associates.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Wear safety composite shoes as required.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move products up to 100 lbs.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance inside and outside the facility.
• Pick products and move them within the warehouse following safety procedures.
• Unload trucks manually and palletize products; communicate discrepancies.
• Receive, putaway, and returns processing; verify quantities and damages.
• Ship orders by organizing, stacking, shrink-wrapping, and loading trucks.
• Maintain safe work practices and adapt to assigned role changes as needed.
