K&M Tire is hiring a Warehouse Employee Backup Driver in Beresford, SD. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and involves unloading and loading trucks, plus picking and putting away tires and products.

Qualifications include the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate forklifts and related equipment safely. We value internal promotions and strong teamwork to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a continuous basis.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet Route Truck Driver I requirements.
• Able to operate safely a forklift, tire cart, pallet jack and order picker.

Responsibilities

• Unload semi-trailers and assist loaders for semi-trailers and route trucks.
• Verify, pull/pick, and put-away tires/products using provided equipment.
• Keep tires/products in designated locations with tags out and restocked as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and safely operate equipment.
• Support loading of route trucks and perform other duties as assigned.
