Job summary

K&M Tire in Barnesville, MN is seeking a Warehouse Backup Driver to support unloading and loading tires and products, and to assist with route deliveries. You will verify items, pull and stock inventory, and maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces.

This role offers growth into team lead or management positions with internal promotions, 401K benefits, tuition assistance, and other company perks. Training and safety come first.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a continuous basis.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a non climate controlled environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet job requirements of Route Truck Driver I.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload semi-trailers and assist loaders for route trucks.
• Verify, pull, and put-away tires/products using equipment daily.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and stock levels.
• Load multi-warehouse transfer trucks and support warehouse manager decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned and promote company goals.
