Job summary

K&M Tire in North Dakota is hiring a Warehouse Backup Driver who unloads and loads trucks, pulls and puts away tires, and keeps inventory in designated areas. You will operate warehouse equipment and ensure safety and order throughout the shift.

You will support Route Truck Driver I duties when needed, assist in stocking, and uphold K&M values while promoting from within. This role offers advancement opportunities in a growing team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds (50 pounds continuously).
• Able to operate safely a forklift, tire cart, pallet jack and order picker.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently as well as in a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Unload semi-trailers and assist loaders for semi-trailers and route trucks.
• Verify, pull/pick, and put-away tires/products with equipment daily.
• Ensure tires/products are in designated locations with proper tagging and restock as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and operate safety procedures.
• Support loading multi-warehouse transfer trucks and standby for Route Truck Driver I duties.
• Adhere to company goals and promote K&M values while performing duties.
