Carman Solutions Group in Boiling Springs, SC seeks an Integrated Test Manager to oversee testing strategy for warehouse automation transformation. You will own readiness, governance, and production-readiness activities across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate combines extensive test management, PMO, release management, and program coordination experience with warehouse automation, ASRS, WMS, WCS, PLC controls, and distribution center operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading test management, governance, and readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of warehouse automation and distribution center operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across IT, engineering, and operations.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the Integrated Testing Strategy, master test plan, and go-live readiness.
• Oversee testing lifecycle: FIT, SIT, UAT, DIAL, regression, and cutover.
• Build and maintain an integrated testing roadmap with multiple systems.
• Coordinate testing across operations, engineering, IT, vendors, and partners.
• Define test readiness gates and acceptance thresholds for commissioning and final acceptance.
• Direct test prep: scenarios, test data, environments, and regression planning.
