Job summary

YQN Logistics is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of its automated warehouse facilities across the United States. You will work with AGVs, shuttle systems, and conveyors, gaining hands‑on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, installation support, and performance testing.

The role emphasizes safety, basic mechanical and electrical repairs, and collaboration with automation engineers.

Qualifications

Associate degree, technical certification, or vocational training in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Robotics, or a related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing, distribution centers, or automated warehouse environments.
Candidates with relevant academic projects, technical training, internships, or hands‑on experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on automated warehouse equipment, including AGVs, four‑way shuttle systems, and conveyor systems.
Respond to equipment alarms and issues, identify problems, and perform basic troubleshooting.
Assist installation, assembly, disassembly, and setup of new equipment with engineers and vendors.
Assist testing and commissioning, collect performance data, and report abnormalities.
Follow safety policies and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
