Job summary

Valpak Clipp seeks a Warehouse Automation Technician to operate automated warehouse systems—conveyors, robotic palletizers, AGVs, and ASRS—in our climate-controlled manufacturing facility. You will monitor equipment, load/unload trucks, and perform basic maintenance while supporting safe, efficient production processes.

Qualifications

• One to two years of manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documents.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (SAP experience preferred).
• Valid driver's license or the ability to obtain a Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate or learn to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment.
• Monitor conveyors, robotic palletizers, AGVs, print roll buffer systems, and ASRS.
• Respond to equipment alarms and perform routine resets and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment issues and communicate more complex concerns to Senior Process Technicians.
• Count, verify, and move production materials throughout the facility.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and documentation using SAP.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
