Job summary

YQN Logistics seeks an Automation Maintenance Technician to support automated warehouse facilities across the United States. The role involves hands-on maintenance of AGVs, shuttle systems, and conveyors, with collaboration from the automation engineering team.

You will engage in installation support, equipment testing, and basic mechanical/electrical repairs while following safety policies and LOTO procedures. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to aid cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or vocational training in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Robotics, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing, distribution centers, or automated warehouse environments.
• Very good understanding of mechanical systems, power transmission, and electrical control systems.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred to facilitate communication with management and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on automated warehouse equipment, including AGVs, four-way shuttle systems, and conveyor systems.
• Respond to equipment alarms and issues, identify problems, and perform basic troubleshooting and system resets.
• Assist automation engineers and vendors with installation, assembly, disassembly, and setup of new equipment.
