Qualifications

• Three to five years of hands‑on mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment safely and efficiently.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance documentation.
• Ability to read and follow technical procedures, checklists, and equipment standards.
• LVQ electrical certification, or the ability to obtain and maintain the certification as required by the site.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced distribution or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Replace AGV load wheels and verify proper installation and operation.
• Perform Actuator 1-5 calibrations in accordance with established procedures.
• Complete AGV navigation calibrations and validate vehicle performance.
• Align, test, and verify sensors used for navigation and safe equipment operation.
• Lubricate AGVs at required service intervals.
• Diagnose and repair breakdowns, including drop‑down camera assembly and encoder replacement.
• Restore and maintain PCMA base condition through detailed inspection and cleaning.
• Execute all assigned AGV preventive maintenance tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Document completed work, identified defects, parts usage, and follow‑up actions.
• Follow site safety procedures, electrical safe‑work practices, and equipment standards.
• Support ALPS and act as a backup for both automation maintenance planners.
