Job summary

Exotec Solutions SAS is seeking a Solutions Design Engineer in Atlanta to tackle complex warehouse automation challenges. You will design scalable solutions combining robotics, storage systems, conveyors, software, and material handling technologies to improve throughput and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Sales, Deployment Engineering, and Project Delivery teams, performing discovery, data analysis, and technical concepts while developing compelling solution proposals for Fortune 500 and

Qualifications

3–5 years in warehouse automation, material handling, intralogistics, or related solutions environment.
Experience with distribution/fulfillment centers or warehouse operations.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed above.
Experience creating technical concepts, layouts, or designs using AutoCAD or similar tools.
Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Business Development to evaluate opportunities and develop solution strategies.
Lead client discovery activities, site visits, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
Analyze warehouse data to identify automation opportunities and improvements.
Design end-to-end solutions with robotics, storage, conveyors, sortation, software, and other material handling tech.
Develop layouts, concepts, and proposals aligned with client objectives.
Create and deliver presentations communicating technical solutions and value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and deliver warehouse automation solutions.
Support projects through the sales cycle from qualification to handover.
Prepare technical documentation and handover packages for project execution.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and market trends in warehouse automation.
