Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Systems team in California. The role leads warehouse storage and automation projects, coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal sales and credit staff to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Candidates bring 5+ years in project management, PMP or related degree preferred, and proficiency with Procore/AutoCAD are a plus. Travel around 25% and a 70k-90k salary with 20% bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with vendors and customers; strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficiency in coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules with attention to details.
• Experience with storage/automation systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate all aspects of storage and automation projects from assignment to invoicing.
• Maintain project gross profit while minimizing cost overruns.
• Create and publish gantt charts and milestones.
• Coordinate installation documents and site visits with stakeholders.
• Manage change orders and internal cost approvals.
