Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Project Management Supervisor to lead a team of Project Managers and project support staff. The role focuses on directing PMs, tracking schedules, and ensuring quality and timely delivery on warehouse automation projects.

You will provide guidance, training, and resources to achieve successful project execution while enforcing standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with relevant trade or related experience.
• 5 years' experience in application design and/or installation of mechanical/structural systems (rack, mezzanine, conveyor, automated storage systems, etc.).
• Experience leading project management teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Manage staff and assign projects/tasks, including hiring, separation and performance evaluations.
• Provide leadership and coordinate staff development and training.
• Oversee the Systems Allied department operations and strategies.
• Develop, implement, and oversee programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure achievement of Systems Allied goals and budgets.
• Prepare and present reports for Systems Allied senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales, Sales Coordination, customers and vendors.
