Job summary

NewCold Advanced Logistics seeks a System Operator to monitor, operate, and support the facility’s automated MFCS and related material handling equipment. You will help maintain safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations, responding to system issues and coordinating with Maintenance and Operations to minimize downtime.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years in warehouse operations or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related field preferred.
• Experience with MFCS or automated conveyors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate automated MFCS and related material handling equipment.
• Respond to system alarms and equipment issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot conveyor and flow issues and expedite concerns as needed.
• Manually operate conveyors and material handling equipment when required.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Operations teams to minimize downtime.
