Job summary
Ryder System, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Warehouse Automation Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair automated warehouse systems. The role requires PLC/HMI troubleshooting, high-voltage work, and close collaboration with WES/WMS systems.

Qualifications
- Two years maintenance repair on warehouse automation equipment.
- Experience with PLCs for troubleshooting.
- Experience with 480V equipment and AC/DC motors.
- Experience with WES/WMS communication.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated conveyors and storage systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair warehouse automation equipment and control systems.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize CMMS to organize work and communicate with teams.
- Maintain spare parts inventories per procedures.
- Support safety and lean programs; uphold Ryder standards.
- Keep maintenance area clean and tour-ready.
- Contribute to maintenance policy improvements.
