Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse automation, material handling tech, or warehouse systems integration.
• 2+ years in warehouse automation experience.
• Experience with various automation like sortation conveyors, autonomous vehicles, AS/RS.
• Knowledge of WMS, analytics, Lean methods; CAD and simulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation selection and validation for RFP projects; build ROI/justification.
• Validate vendor FSD/SOW gaps using FSD Checklist.
• Input on design options for implementation and performance.
• Lead procurement reviews and RFQ support.
• Project management for smaller projects and track milestones.
• Provide SAT testing support and post-go-live punch list tracking.
• Profile data to support optimization and analytics.
• Support on-site acceptance testing and escalations.
• Review team strategy and personal goals.
• Assist in tracking project budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve critical issues.
