Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead automation technology selection and ROI analyses for new business.
• Support automation project scoping and validation using FSD/SOW checklists.
• Provide input on design options and ensure operational performance.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor reviews for automation solutions.
• Assist in project management for smaller implementations.
• Support SAT testing and punch-list tracking post go-live.
• Analyze dashboard data to optimize system performance.
